Preliminary Public Hearing held by Municipal Government Board
The MGB held a preliminary hearing on September 20, 2013. This
hearing determined document exchange dates and the dates for the merit
hearing. The merit hearing will commence at 9:00 a.m. on Monday May 26,
2014 and will extend if deemed neccesary by the MGB to Friday June 6,
2014.No hearing is currently scheduled for Saturday May 31 to Monday
June 2, 2014.
Any affected landowners or members of the public wishing to attend,
make oral presentations or written submissions at the merit hearing must
notify the MGB, the City and the County by 4:00 pm on Thursday May 1,
2014.
