 You can use aNickName to help you market your business, use as a reference tool for your clients and keep track of important contacts.


A. Market Your Business

Start giving a Nick Name to all your automobile, motorcycles, RVs, watercraft, aircraft or if moves. 

When talking to a client refer to the unit by its Nick Name and not its make and model. This will allow better identification of the unit to the client.
"So, what do we need today for you to take home Betsy1?"
Start a Profile for each unit.

If you have more than one unit you can use the same email address to register multiple Profiles.
1. Register your business with your business email,  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
2. If your unit's name is Betsy1 use the following email address to register, mybusiness+ This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
3. Repeat this process for each unit. You may do this as often as needed.
4. All the email responses will go to the mother account,  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
5. This works well with many emails, including Hotmail, Outlook and Gmail
When the unit is sold allow the client to pick their own name and password. They can reset this in their Profile settings.

B. Reference Tool for Your Clients

If you are a repair, maintenance, detailing or a service shop of any kind start a Profile for each client. They will enjoy this extra service.
1. Register each client using the method stated above, setting up multiple Profiles. Ask your client what they call their unit. If they do not have a nickname choose one for them.
2. When you have completed the work order, go to the Maintenance Log on the Profile and enter the work you have done.
3. Turn over the Profile to your client and let them choose their own password so they can edit their Profile on their own time.
4. Make sure you make a Connection in their Profile with the unit before you turn over the Profile to your client.
5. You will have increased your chances of a repeat client.

C. Keep Track of Important Contacts
1. Make a "Connection" with each client by choose Request for a Connection.
2. When the client accepts they will show up in your Connections Tab.
3. In this Tab you can post notes of information you want to remember.
4. The client will also be Connected to you.
5. This process will encourage repeat business.
